Terms of Service — PieceCraft

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PieceCraft you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Using PieceCraft

You must be 13 or older, or have a parent's permission.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it or scrape it.
You are responsible for your account and password.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of photos you upload. You give us permission to process them to create your puzzles and share them only with people you choose. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

4. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in USD and include no tax unless stated. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors.

5. Shipping & returns

Return unopened puzzles within 30 days for a refund. If a piece is missing we will replace it free of charge. See the FAQ for shipping times.

6. Liability

PieceCraft is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Contact us.
