We collect only what we need: account details (name, email), puzzle progress, orders and delivery addresses, and basic device data to keep the game running well.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the game and shop.
To process and deliver your orders.
To send the daily puzzle and updates you asked for.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We never sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run PieceCraft, such as payment processors and shipping carriers, under strict agreements.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your bag, and optional analytics cookies only with your consent.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings or by contacting us. If you are in the EU/UK or California you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA.

6. Children

PieceCraft is designed to be safe for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent, and classroom links require no accounts.
